Retail Ambassador App on GCP

Introduction

Field reporting was slow and inconsistent across stores—shift logs, sales, and stock issues lived in spreadsheets and messages, making it hard for HQ and regions to act. We built a mobile-first ambassador app that standardizes capture and streams data to dashboards in near real time.

Ambassadors record shifts and sales from iOS/Android, raise stock incidents with photos/notes, and see their own history. Role-based access lets managers review, approve, and compare performance by store/region. Data lands in GCP and powers Looker views for daily decisions.
